Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery
Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days within the US. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Free shipping
Orders over $75 ship free within the US. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Returns
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened hair, cosmetics and adhesives cannot be returned.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email glamdistrictnyc@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
